She is responsible for the tenant relations, service contract procurement, financial reporting, owner relations and the daily operations of the commercial sites.
Shanna has over 13 years' experience prior to joining Danella Realty & Management where she handled Class A office buildings, medical buildings, retail shopping centers and multifamily housing units.
She graduated from Delaware Valley College with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and also has her Real Estate License in PA.
Laura Santangelo, Community Manager

She quickly worked her way up to becoming a Community Manager with a portfolio of 12 Communities, comprising of HOA’s and Condominiums.
Laura’s prior experience before joining Danella Realty and Management focused on Facilities and Construction Management as well as working in Class A Office Leasing. Laura’s vast knowledge of properties and property management, her amazing people skills and great demeanor all assist Laura to get the job done right the first time and keep her Owners confident that their Community is her top priority.
Laura is a member of the Community Association Institute Keystone Chapter.

Jessica Metzger Community Manager

Jessica started her career in Property Management as the Community Assistant for Gwynedd Club back in 2000. She then went on to manage Chatham Village and Blue Bell Woods. Having come full circle in her career, she brings a wealth of Community Management knowledge while continuing to strive to provide excellent service to the communities she manages and to the residents that reside there. Jessica is a member of Community Association Institute Keystone Chapter and is currently providing the requirements needed to bring her community to a first time Gold Star Community.
Steve Levay Community Manager

He was responsible for the oversight of all capital improvements, maintenance and repairs for two large communities in Bucks County, PA. Steve's brings thoughtful communication and organizational skills to his role managing Village Shires and will utilize his extensive experience, resources and local expertise to maximize property values and enhance residents‘ lifestyles.
One of Steve's primary principles is that Board communication is essential to community success. Steve notes, "When the community is kept in the loop, residents are more likely to comply, and the board has an easier time enforcing policies, and that "transparent communication from board members lays the foundation for successful policies and happy residents."
Steve looks forward to delivering exceptional service and making a difference every day; and to work hand in hand with the communities boards, whom he recognizes as dedicated volunteers giving their time and energy to make their community better!
Sophia Reeves Community Manager

Sophia’s #1 goal is striving for 5 when it comes to meeting customer expectation and always focus on building strong relationships. Her strengths include; customer service, contract negotiation, budgeting, managing capital projects, strong oversight with regards to developing communities and working closely with the Associations‘ Board of Directors to ensure all Governing docs and By Laws are followed and believes in creating an action plan to achieve results. Sophia currently manages two developing communities in West Chester, PA that consist of singles, twins and townhomes totally almost 600 units which has a newly constructed clubhouse . Sophia’s motto is "Always Do the Right Thing"!

While working for Danella Realty Heather started out as an assistant manager for a high-rise condominium on prestigious Rittenhouse Square. She held that position for many years. Following, Heather became a Manager for a 500+-unit community in Brookhaven. Her next Manager appointment was in 2017, where she remains currently, for Abbotts Square, a 171 unit mid-rise community in Old City Philadelphia. Heather‘s experience and wealth of knowledge of Philadelphia provides an invaluable asset to Danella Realty.
