Jessica Stropas, CMCA Senior Community Manager

Jessica is the Senior Community Manager for the Community Association Management Division for Danella Realty and Management Company. Among her diversified duties, Jess is responsible for several condominium and homeowner associations.

She is a Portfolio Manager working out of the Danella's Blue Bell office. She has eight years experience as a Property Manager and seven years experience serving as an Assistant Manager. She started new to the industry and has grown into an experienced Manager with a great work ethic. Jessica has her CMCA designation and currently working to obtain her AMS.

Shanna Mackin, Senior Commercial Property Manager

Shanna is the Senior Commercial Property Manager for Danella Realty & Management's Commercial Division.

She is responsible for the tenant relations, service contract procurement, financial reporting, owner relations and the daily operations of the commercial sites.

Shanna has over 13 years' experience prior to joining Danella Realty & Management where she handled Class A office buildings, medical buildings, retail shopping centers and multifamily housing units.

She graduated from Delaware Valley College with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and also has her Real Estate License in PA.

Bernadette Reilly, Community Manager (on site)

Blue Bell Woods

 In 2009, Bernadette joined Danella Realty and Management and is now a community manager Blue Bell Woods’s associations. Bernadette has completed the M-100 Course- The Essentials of Community Association Management and is continuing her education and attainment of property management certifications.

Prior to joining Danella, Bernadette has spent over 25 years in the mortgage banking industry and has gained thorough knowledge and skills in customer service, management, and secondary marketing requirements. She has also acquired vendor and project experience by working with an architectural interior design firm for several years.

Bernadette is a member of the Community Association Institute Keystone Chapter.

Crystal Allen, Community Manager

Argyle Condominiums, Greenhouse, Heather Hill, Hilltop II & IV Condominiums

Crystal joins Danella with over 15 years of property management experience, having managed several Homeowner and Condominium Associations throughout the Bucks County area.  Crystal has worked successfully with contract negotiations, maintenance issues, guidance with accounting/financial decisions, controlling budgets, handling special capital improvements projects, working closely with the Association’s Board of Directors, contractors and vendors, along with property transitions, she continues to gain knowledge of the real estate market with continuing her education.

Shawn Hall, Community Manager (on site)

Gypsy Lane

Shawn joined Danella Realty and Management as an Assistant Community Manager for Gwynedd Club Condominiums located in North Wales PA. In three years Shawn was promoted and thus became the Community Manager at Gypsy Lane Owners Association (GLOA) in East Falls – Philadelphia.

Shawn has been licensed as Pennsylvania Real Estate agent for 20 years which has helped his understanding of the Real Estate market. Prior to coming to Danella, Shawn managed a portfolio of 250 stand-alone rental properties within the Philadelphia & surrounding counties. This experience has helped him balance the expectations of condominium owners or that of their respective tenants. In addition, Shawn‘s Real Estate experience has put him in contact with major contractors, along with their particular craft.

In addition, Shawn received the applicable certifications associated with carpentry, electricity, and plumbing, upon his successful completion of a local trade school curriculum.

Mary Sclafani, Community Manager

Cobblestone Estates, A Planned Community, Golf Ridge Homeowners Assoc., Pine Villa Condominium Association, Tall Oaks, Tice Estates, Walnut Hill Condo Association and Warrington Pointe

Mary joined Danella Realty as Community Manager in 2020. Mary has over 15+ years of Commercial and Residential management experience with a strong accounting background. Her strengths include; contract negotiation, customer service, budgeting capital projects and maintaining strong relationships with the Associations‘ Board of Directors. Mary currently manages 5 Homeowner Associations and 2 Condominium Associations with her Assistant Angela Oliver. Mary is currently study for the CMCA Exam and Real Estate Exam.


Sarah Hash Community Manager

Coldwater Crossing

Sarah joined Danella Realty and Management Company in 2017 as an on-site Assistant Community Manager. In March 2022 she was promoted to Community Manager for 463 HOA and Condominium units in Breinigsville, PA. Sarah was new to the industry when she joined the team, but within 5 years has become well versed in her roll and is working towards earning her CMCA designation.


Jessica Metzger Community Manager

Gwynedd Club

Jessica joined Danella with over 22 years of Community Management experience. She has been the onsite Manager at Gwynedd Club in North Wales, PA. Jessica started her career in Property Management as the Community Assistant for Gwynedd Club back in 2000. She then went on to manage Chatham Village and Blue Bell Woods. Having come full circle in her career, she brings a wealth of Community Management knowledge while continuing to strive to provide excellent service to the communities she manages and to the residents that reside there. Jessica is a member of Community Association Institute Keystone Chapter and is currently providing the requirements needed to bring her community to a first time Gold Star Community.


Steve Levay Community Manager

Village Shires

Steve joins Danella Realty & Management with 5 years‘ experience in managing community associations. He was responsible for the oversight of all capital improvements, maintenance and repairs for two large communities in Bucks County, PA. Steve's brings thoughtful communication and organizational skills to his role managing Village Shires and will utilize his extensive experience, resources and local expertise to maximize property values and enhance residents‘ lifestyles.

One of Steve's primary principles is that Board communication is essential to community success. Steve notes, "When the community is kept in the loop, residents are more likely to comply, and the board has an easier time enforcing policies, and that "transparent communication from board members lays the foundation for successful policies and happy residents."

Steve looks forward to delivering exceptional service and making a difference every day; and to work hand in hand with the communities boards, whom he recognizes as dedicated volunteers giving their time and energy to make their community better!
