Jessica is the Senior Community Manager for the Community Association Management Division for Danella Realty and Management Company. Among her diversified duties, Jess is responsible for several condominium and homeowner associations.
She is a Portfolio Manager working out of the Danella's Blue Bell office. She has seven years experience as a Property Manager and seven years experience serving as an Assistant Manager. She started new to the industry and has grown into an experienced Manager with a great work ethic. Jessica has her CMCA designation and currently working to obtain her AMS.

Dave Wignovich comes to us from a well-respected community management company where he managed six communities. He is very well qualified and holds a certificate as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and an Association Management Specialist (AMS) from the Community Association’s Institute. Dave is a lifelong resident of the Lehigh Valley and has held a PA Broker’s license in the Bethlehem area for over 20 years.
Bernadette Reilly, Community Manager

In 2009, Bernadette joined Danella Realty and Management and is now a community manager for several condominiums and homeowner’s associations. Bernadette has completed the M-100 Course- The Essentials of Community Association Management and is continuing her education and attainment of property management certifications.
Prior to joining Danella, Bernadette has spent over 25 years in the mortgage banking industry and has gained thorough knowledge and skills in customer service, management, and secondary marketing requirements. She has also acquired vendor and project experience by working with an architectural interior design firm for several years.
Bernadette is a member of the Community Association Institute PA Chapter.
Craig Holland, Community Manager (on site)
Craig comes to us with over 30 years executive management experience. Danella acquired Craig from his recent position as a Certified Community Association Manager and Owner of Holland Property Management, which held a 20 year record of quality and customer service in the Hunterdon County area of New Jersey. Over this time, Craig has developed skills and experience working with all types of community development structures such as high-rise buildings, multi-unit condominiums, townhouses, garden homes, and executive estates.
His formal training, background and experience assure us of a manager who is ready and capable to address the requirements and needs of the residents, its Board of Directors and the entire staff and service providers of the Village Shires Community. We are looking forward to a long and successful tenure with Craig.

Shanna is the Senior Commercial Property Manager for Danella Realty & Management's Commercial Division.
She is responsible for the tenant relations, service contract procurement, financial reporting, owner relations and the daily operations of the commercial sites.
Shanna has over 13 years' experience prior to joining Danella Realty & Management where she handled Class A office buildings, medical buildings, retail shopping centers and multifamily housing units.
She graduated from Delaware Valley College with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and also has her Real Estate License in PA.

Alice is a Community Manager for the Community Association Management Division for Danella Realty & Management. Her first five years with Danella was as an Assistant Property Manager helping the property manager with several condominium and homeowner associations and in June was promoted to Manager of Hilltop.
Prior to joining Danella, Alice was involved in the real state for 20+ years as an administrative assistant and also in the rental property manager as a leasing agent. Her real estate license is still active and she continues to gain knowledge of the real estate market with her continuing education.

Crystal joins Danella with over 15 years of property management experience, having managed several Homeowner and Condominium Associations throughout the Bucks County area. Crystal has worked successfully with contract negotiations, maintenance issues, guidance with accounting/financial decisions, controlling budgets, handling special capital improvements projects, working closely with the Association’s Board of Directors, contractors and vendors, along with property transitions, she continues to gain knowledge of the real estate market with continuing her education.
Drew Larsen, Community Manager (on site)
Graduated from Penn State with a B.S. in Finance and earned post graduate credits toward an MBA at Temple University. Completed coursework to attain the CMCA and AMS designations. Completed the M-201, M-202, M-203, M-204 and M-206 courses toward the PCAM designation.
Worked for several insurance companies and consulting companies in the accounting/finance field.
Twelve years of experience in property management as an on-site manager for several older condominium associations that were apartment conversions. Very experienced in vendor management overseeing large capital projects (such as paving, concrete, roofing, carpet and painting) as well as managing a pool management company, landscape contractor and arborist.
Have employed aggressive tactics to cure large, long-term delinquencies. Scheduled (by the association) two properties for sheriff sale, acquired the properties at the sale, rehabbed and re-sold both properties making a profit of $50,000 and $90,000. Acquired another property at sheriff sale and rented the property for income. Scheduled three other properties for sheriff sale resulting in payment in full on one, $25,000 in payments from another and $15,000 in payments from another. Reduced overall delinquencies by over 50% over a 3 year period.
