As President, Ed assumes full profit and loss responsibilities, as well as controlling the tedious day-to-day operations. Ed has been involved in the property management business since 1969. His extensive background in computers, finances, budgeting and cost control has proved to be indispensable.

Ed has a degree from Ursinus College and has completed courses in real estate law, appraisal and community association management and has a RAM certification. He spent 20 years with SmithKline Beecham Corporation as a Financial Analyst for the formulation and tracking of the capital budget.
 

Charles A. Tassoni, CPA, CFO

Chuck is the Controller for Danella Realty and Management Company and brings many years of accounting experience to the company. He received his BS in accounting from Bloomsburg University and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accounts.

Chuck’s experience includes five years in public accounting involving construction and real estate as well as several years as a Controller and Property Accountant working on residential, condominium and commercial projects containing new construction job costing. As a public accountant Chuck gained an extensive understanding of controls and financial statement and tax return preparation. Additionally, Chuck supervised numerous audits and complex tax returns for corporations and partnerships with revenues over $100 million.

Chuck’s ability and knowledge focuses on the financial issues facing our clients. These include but are not limited to budget preparation, cash flow concerns, financial reporting and management controls.
 

Rebecca L. Mason, Vice President – Community Association Management

Rebecca worked as a community manager for the past thirteen years in the greater Philadelphia area; ten years of which are with Danella Realty and Management Company. Rebecca serves as a Vice President of the Community Association Management Division.

Prior to moving to the Philadelphia area Rebecca was a licensed Broker in the state of Washington for 14 years. She holds the Commercial Investment Certificate (CIC), which is held by fewer than 3% of all Realtors. In Washington, she was the site manager of several homeowner associations for four years, taught real estate investment courses, sold commercial and new construction properties as well as worked in a family owned property management business.

In addition to a degree from Western Washington University with a double major in Business and Psychology, Rebecca has continued her education with graduate level business courses, real estate courses and courses through the Community Association Institute.

Through her knowledge of the Pennsylvania Uniform Condominium Act and the Pennsylvania Uniform Planned Communities Act, Association Declarations and Covenants, financial management and construction, Rebecca brings a uniquely qualified blend of experience to our team.
 

Barbara A. Salvucci, Management Coordinator

Barbara is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Education. Prior to joining the property management arena, Barbara spent 17 years with Penn Mutual Insurance Company. Her expertise includes a broad knowledge of insurance, investments, finances and customer service.

Since joining Danella Realty in 1990, Barbara has been involved with apartment, condominium and commercial management as well as office administration. Her insight into service and support makes her invaluable to our company and especially helpful to our clients.

Barbara’s diverse background and education makes her a natural to assist in the supervision and support of our computer system, accounting and human resource department.
