Bruce is the senior Community Manager for the Community Association Management Division for Danella Realty and Management Company. Among his diversified duties, Bruce is responsible for several condominium and homeowner associations.

Bruce is a portfolio manager working out of the Danella’s Blue Bell office. This is Bruce’s second time around as a member of our company. Prior to working for Danella, Bruce was involved in the contracting & maintenance field & then property management.

Bruce has twelve years experience as a property manager and twenty years experience serving as a maintenance manager for two major property management company. After leaving Danella from his first tour, he started his own contracting business doing home remodeling and additions. Bruce returned to Danella in 2006 using those many skills to help Boards with their many decisions regarding their communities.

As a portfolio manager in our Community Association Management Division, Jean has been responsible for managing several condominium and homeowner associations.  Jean has extensive experience in real estate management, accounting, finance and customer relations.  She has worked successfully with transition properties; controlling budgets and handling maintenance, governance and regulatory compliance issues. 

 Prior to joining Danella in 2006, Jean’s experience included 10 years with Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (NYSE:PEI) as both Assistant Treasurer and Investor Relations Director.  Her previous roles include Property Manager for condominium associations, Office Manager for a real estate development and architectural firm, and Accounting Manager.  While working at Prudential Insurance Company for 9 years, she was licensed in Life, Health, Property and Casualty Insurance.

Jean’s continuing education includes courses at the Institute for Real Estate Management and the Community Association Institute.  She has attended Delaware Valley College and Temple University.

Her affiliations have been with the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and the National Association of Accountants, IMA (Institute of Management Accountants).   She has served as on officer for 12 years on the Executive Board of a local Condominium Association.   Jean’s focus on customer service and excellent communication and computer skills are a welcome addition to our Company’s team approach.

Dave Wignovich comes to us from a well-respected community management company where he managed six communities. He is very well qualified and holds a certificate as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and an Association Management Specialist (AMS) from the Community Association’s Institute.  Dave is a lifelong resident of the Lehigh Valley and has held a PA Broker’s license in the Bethlehem area for over 20 years. 
 

Bernadette Reilly, Community Manager

 In 2009, Bernadette joined Danella Realty and Management and is now a community manager for several condominiums and homeowner’s associations. Bernadette has completed the M-100 Course- The Essentials of Community Association Management and is continuing her education and attainment of property management certifications.

Prior to joining Danella, Bernadette has spent over 25 years in the mortgage banking industry and has gained thorough knowledge and skills in customer service, management, and secondary marketing requirements. She has also acquired vendor and project experience by working with an architectural interior design firm for several years.

Bernadette is a member of the Community Association Institute PA Chapter.

Anthony has worked as the Association Manager for Village Shires since relocating from NYC in November of 2001. In NYC, he had worked as Buildings Manager for the Collegiate Church Corp., more formally known as the Minister, Elders and Deacons of the Dutch Reformed Church of the City of New York. As Buildings Manager of the Collegiate properties, Anthony managed the everyday operations of 13 commercial buildings located in the business district in lower Manhattan, and brings with him knowledge in all phases of day to day Operations as well as Project Management, Capital Improvement work, Budgeting, and Strategic Planning. He worked for the Collegiate Church Corp. for over nine years and moved here after FEMA had declared his penthouse uninhabitable after the World Trade Towers were hit on 9/11. The penthouse was located in one of the buildings owned by the Church and was a part of Anthony’s compensation. It was located on the corner of Broadway and John St. just a short distance from ground zero. As part of Anthony’s normal daily routine in NY, he interfaced directly with Architects on building design and NYC code issues as well as Engineers for structural matters and, of course, Collegiate’s Property Attorneys whenever legal issues arose.

While working in NYC, Anthony has taken Property Management classes offered by the Building Owners and Managers Institute, a part of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association). Classes in Design, Operation and Maintenance of Building Systems #1 and #2, Real Property Accounting, Property Managers Guide to Commercial Real Estate Law, Real Estate Investment and Finance, and Asset Management.

As Association Manager for the Village Shires Community Association, Anthony manages a very complex site that measures over 300 acres and consists of eight different Associations and 1593 homeowners. Anthony reports to eight different Association Boards and has used his experience gained in NYC to handle more than a few projects of decent size. Through the knowledge and experience gained in Property Management, Anthony has made a smooth transition to Community Association Management and he too brings a rather unique blend of experience to our team.

Shanna is the Senior Commercial Property Manager for Danella Realty & Management's Commercial Division.

She is responsible for the tenant relations, service contract procurement, financial reporting, owner relations and the daily operations of the commercial sites.

Shanna has over 13 years' experience prior to joining Danella Realty & Management where she handled Class A office buildings, medical buildings, retail shopping centers and multifamily housing units.

She graduated from Delaware Valley College with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and also has her Real Estate License in PA.

Alice is a Community Manager for the Community Association Management Division for Danella Realty & Management. Her first five years with Danella was as an Assistant Property Manager helping the property manager with several condominium and homeowner associations and in June was promoted to Manager of Hilltop.

Prior to joining Danella, Alice was involved in the real state for 20+ years as an administrative assistant and also in the rental property manager as a leasing agent. Her real estate license is still active and she continues to gain knowledge of the real estate market with her continuing education.

Crystal joins Danella with over 15 years of property management experience, having managed several Homeowner and Condominium Associations throughout the Bucks County area.  Crystal has worked successfully with contract negotiations, maintenance issues, guidance with accounting/financial decisions, controlling budgets, handling special capital improvements projects, working closely with the Association’s Board of Directors, contractors and vendors, along with property transitions, she continues to gain knowledge of the real estate market with continuing her education.

Graduated from Penn State with a B.S. in Finance and earned post graduate credits toward an MBA at Temple University.  Completed coursework to attain the CMCA and AMS designations.  Completed the M-201, M-202, M-203, M-204 and M-206 courses toward the PCAM designation.
Worked for several insurance companies and consulting companies in the accounting/finance field.
Twelve years of experience in property management as an on-site manager for several older condominium associations that were apartment conversions.  Very experienced in vendor management overseeing large capital projects (such as paving, concrete, roofing, carpet and painting) as well as managing a pool management company, landscape contractor and arborist.  
Have employed aggressive tactics to cure large, long-term delinquencies.  Scheduled (by the association) two properties for sheriff sale, acquired the properties at the sale, rehabbed and re-sold both properties making a profit of $50,000 and $90,000.  Acquired another property at sheriff sale and rented the property for income.  Scheduled three other properties for sheriff sale resulting in payment in full on one, $25,000 in payments from another and $15,000 in payments from another.   Reduced overall delinquencies by over 50% over a 3 year period.
